This is an excellent time to get in touch. I work with many couples just like you who are in the very early stages of planning their dream wedding day. I can help you through the tricky process of planning and booking a wedding. There are a lot of moving parts to get right.
I have been in the wedding industry for 10 years, I've performed at nearly all the venues in Essex and I have seen what works and what was a waste of money. I have built up a list of superb contacts and friends who I'd recommend in a heartbeat because I know they offer a great service and will make your day extremely special.
I am regularly booked 2 years in advance, so I strongly recommend not leaving it until the last minute otherwise you risk disappointment!
We have already booked a toastmaster
After performing at literally 100’s if not 1000’s of weddings I noticed how important the toastmaster or emcee is to the overall success of the wedding day. Unfortunately in my experience, the toastmaster will be an old retired guy in a red coat, going through the motions, being very bossy, loud and constantly banging a gavel!!
Believe it or not, I have attended 3 weddings where the toastmaster has been asked to leave because they made the guests feel uncomfortable.
That's when I decided to offer sensational, high-quality wedding hosting, that enhances people's wedding days. It has been so successful, I am now a wedding host more often than a wedding magician.
We are only having a small wedding. Will this work for us?
I much prefer the smaller weddings. They are more intimate, with less noise and far more time for guests to have a really good catch-up. Magic works so much better when guests can hear and see what's going on!
There is a risk with smaller weddings that the conversation may dry up or the opposite, guests are chatting for so long that the schedule runs over time. I am there to keep the conversation flowing, make sure everyone has what they need and are entertained while keeping a watchful eye on the clock.
Isn't magic for kids?
Absolutely! Kids love magic. Do you know who else loves magic? Adults. And who likes magic even more than adults? Drunk adults at a wedding!
I've been doing this for 10 years and I've performed for 1000s of adults. Everyone loves magic!
If you are looking for a dedicated kids entertainer to look after the kids during the speeches, I have some excellent contacts who will do a far better job than I could.
Kids are part of a wedding and they will love my routines just as much as you will. My routines are loved by all ages and I change my language and routines to suit the audience I am performing for.

I've seen it far too often, a reluctant member of staff has been delegated as it’s their turn to do your grand entrance into the room and then have to make all your important announcements for the rest of the day, like introducing your speeches, cake cutting and finally of course your first dance.
9 times out of 10 they do an OK job but often they are also trying to manage the venue's restaurant or they have taken a call on reception or they are helping book someone into their hotel room.

I hate magicians and cheesy magic tricks
I hate most magicians as well. We all know an uncle Bob who does a terrible card trick at Christmas and everyone groans because it's awkward to watch.
I have been performing magic for 10 years at 100s of weddings and events all over the country. I have spent hours perfecting my routines to make them enjoyable, entertaining, funny and fun. I regularly have people say to me that they hate magic. I just ask for 15 seconds to show them one quick trick and often at the end they are the ones who enjoyed it the most.
